Vivi, naturally, is the star of her own comic book series. She’s your atypical grade-school torrent armed with rose-tinted goggles, zero filter, and a complete lack of social grace. Sure, Vivi has a sweet side, but it’s usually buried under layers of mischief and chaos. Her favorite pastime? Relentlessly pestering her two unfortunate housemates - also known as Mommy and Daddy. She insists on calling them “my Mommy” and “my Daddy,” probably because she likes to think of them as her personal servants, on-call 24/7 for snacks, hugs, and damage control.
Vivi loves everything about being a kid - cartoons, snacks, pestering Mommy and Daddy - Her most cherished possession is her tablet, and they are near inseparable. There’s one mortal enemy that ruins her otherwise perfect little life: homework. To her, it’s pure torture, and she makes absolutely sure Mommy and Daddy know it. Still, she powers through the slog, because her reward for finishing that last math problem is well worth the struggle, for that's the moment she reunites with her tablet! Ah, sweet digital freedom!

Dad’s a game developer - which basically means he gets paid to have fun and then comes home to… have more fun with Vivi. Ever since he introduced her to the world of video games and the almighty tablet, she’s been hooked and hasn't gone back. He knows parenting isn’t supposed to be all fun and games, though. And so he dutifully handles school drop-offs, some homework supervision, and the eternal battle of “tablet versus responsibility.” Dad tries to teach Vivi valuable life skills, like how to use a garden hose… which usually ends with someone soaked, something broken, and him rethinking his choices. Seemingly caught in all of Vivi's slapstick shenanigans, Dad is often unprepared for her craftiness for chaos.
If he has energy to spare Dad tries to set aside time to spend with his better half. On the rare occasion they manage to steal a quiet moment together, maybe to watch the first ten minutes of a movie on their phone, paranoia sets in and he constantly looks over his back in case they get interrupted by Vivi's beck and call.

Mom's a research scientist and a certified math whiz, which means she has high expectations for Vivi to follow in her statistics-loving footsteps. Growing up valuing the importance of a good education, Mom and Vivi are polar opposites when it comes to their opinions on "homework". Mom balances out Dad’s laid-back gamer vibes by being strict with keeping Vivi in line with her school work. The only problem? Mom’s sense of humor. Jokes tend to fly right over her head, leading her to examine the joke's leaps of logic while everyone else quietly regrets telling it to her the first place. Fortunately, her endless patience and calming personality makes up for her lack of a funny bone.
Mom runs entirely on coffee - it's her life fuel, her operating system, and possibly 80% of her bloodstream. Vivi, ever the little agent of mischief, knows this all too well. She'd gleefully poke the hornet's nest, goading Mom with enough nonsense until she snaps from caffeine deficiency, and transforms into a much scarier, crankier version of herself powered solely by pure maternal wrath!
